Eva Mendes is both an actor and a model. The talent agency she worked with noticed her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career acting or modeling. She quit her university after a long period of contemplation to take on a job in entertainment. Her first film was the movie 'Children of the Corn' from Fields of Terror. She did not like her performance. She put in a lot of effort to improve her acting talents and appeared in a number of films with low budgets to demonstrate her talents.
